Reimagining How We Come Together

Regrounding in Regenerative and Relational Approaches Fostering Generative Collaboration

We guide organizations and communities in becoming more impactful in their practice and enable truly reciprocal, ethical partnerships with Indigenous peoples.

Realigning for Regenerative Practice

Much of today’s work is still guided by square paradigms (mechanistic, fragmented, extractive). Realigning with circular, life-affirming ways of knowing and being opens the path for deeper impact, stronger collaboration, and more connected, fulfilling practice.

Generative and Ethical Space

True collaboration emerges when all partners are grounded in living systems paradigms, where each partner brings meaningful, complementary contributions. We hold space for these circles to meet and overlap without dilution, assimilation, or appropriation.

A new space of shared understanding, reciprocal contribution, and aspiration emerges, where all partners together uphold the integrity of the collaboration.

Who We Are

reRoot Collaborations is a non-Indigenous-led practice formed out of a deep commitment to realignment, ethical partnership, and paradigm-shifting support for organizations working in Indigenous and cross-cultural contexts.

What We Offer

  • Supporting teams, boards, and institutions in shifting mindsets, culture, and structures to align with regenerative and relational potential. Together, we clarify vision, uplift your organization’s unique contributions, and realign practice to enable transformative impact and ethical, generative partnerships, including with Indigenous communities.

  • Co-create actionable strategies and evaluation frameworks rooted in living systems thinking and relational accountability. We facilitate adaptive planning that stays true to your organizational purpose while upholding integrity, place-based responsibility, and long-term thriving.

  • Design projects and partnerships that honor both Indigenous and Western perspectives. We create the conditions for reciprocity, shared responsibility, and complementary contributions, helping you navigate complexity and uphold the integrity of collaboration across all partners.

  • Participate in interactive, customized sessions that deepen awareness, cultivate practical skills, and support paradigm shifts. Our experiential workshops build readiness for ethical collaboration, drawing on frameworks like the Collaborative Tree and Binocular View to inspire realignment and collective capacity for systems transformation.
