Organization(s): Office of Associate Vice President Reconciliation, Yukon University
Description: Bryce helped design a unique and customized strategic planning, visioning, and program charter document for the offices and initiatives under the Office of Associate Vice President- Reconciliation by developing frameworks, workshops, visualizations, and more. The document and process was designed to be holistic, honoring all aspects of each team member and their connection, contribution, and accountability to the greater ecosystems and systemic change they hope to enable.

Description: Bryce conducted interviews and performed research to produce a set of recommendations on best practices and suitable approaches for Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders and organizations in the Boundary Bay Basin (Washington- British Columbia Border) to collaborate on enhancing water quality and restoring traditional harvesting practices for First Nations.

Description: Bryce presented an original framework to guide collaborative efforts between Indigenous and non-Indigneous communities. The presentation helped audience members examine operating paradigms, the foundations of collaborative relationships, and appropriate, place-based methodologies for reciprocal knowledge exchange.

Description: With guidance from his Indigenous boss, who has a close relationship with the community, Bryce held a workshop for 30+ faculty and staff members to support improved relationships with the host Nation (Musqueam). Drawing from his experience in communities and coursework with Musqueam, he supported the development of cultural competencies, utilized graphic design skills to communicate complex topics effectively, and provided follow-up resources for further learning and action.

Description: Bryce helped develop an Indigenous Knowledge and Values framework for Foreshore Integrated Management Planning (FIMP), aiming to interweave Indigenous knowledge into lake management and position Indigenous Nations in decision-making roles. His role included facilitating communication between Indigenous partners and Western Scientific consultants, recentering Indigenous protocols and governance in planning guidelines, creating a unique assessment process for knowledge collaboration, and providing high-level recommendations to more generally support Living Lakes Canada’s applied reconciliation efforts.

Description: While completing the Indigenous Planning Program at the University of British Columbia, Bryce and his team members engaged various on- and off-reserve community members and staff to develop improved two-way communication between the community, band administration, and council in planning efforts.

Organization(s): Shiwiar Community of Juyuinsta
Description: Bryce collaborated with community leaders from Juyuintsa to develop a community plan in English and Spanish. His role involved designing engagement activities, facilitating workshops, and providing multiple opportunities for revision and review that culminated in a plan outlining the community's vision, values, and pathways to success in self-sufficiency, sustainability, and governance.

Description: Invited by a Native Hawaiian consultant, Bryce supported a governmental agency in investigating the feasibility of establishing conservation areas in Hawai’i by centering Indigenous voices, building cultural competencies, and promoting holistic community-led approaches.
